Glen Matlock from the Sex Pistols. Can he really be considered a punk? He seems like more of a mod to me. He'd fit in well to that particular clic methinks. I bet him and Paul Weller go busking together. As for his hairdo......there isn't really that much to say is there? He had the haircut of someone you'd meet down the pub who'd rabbit on for hours on end on why the Beatles are the best band ever. And the only way out would be to either kill yourself or kill him. Or both, depending how you are feeling.
