Scruffy Bob and the Boomtown Shats. Hark! Bob has always looked like a vagrant. Shouldn't he be playing the saxophone in a blues band instead of leading a punk group? Perhaps thats why the Rats were so awful. Bob's heard was always elsewhere. He couldn't be bothered with the music, he just wanted to trawl through the backstreets of London, bin-hoking for snagged fegs.
